Harvey Mudd College improves the number of women in computer science.

Great article from Quartz on how a few basic changes improved the number of women in computer science. Now, Harvey Mudd has more women than men in computer science.

The school’s efforts are being recognized and modeled by colleges and universities around the USA.  From the article ~ “Mudd’s success with women has gotten attention from other colleges and universities, and in 2014, Klawe and Mudd helped launch the BRAID (Building, Recruiting, and Inclusion for Diversity) Initiative to promote women and minorities in computer science at other institutions.”

Thanks, Harvey Mudd College ~ You INSPIRE Us. Keep promoting women in STEM at the college and beyond!
